TYPES OF PRODUCT
We can produce quilting for a wide variety of industry sectors and we are able to run anything from small productions to bulk productions with a very fast turnaround. Please see below for the types of quilting we currently manufacturer. If you have a product not listed below, please get in touch as we are open to discussing any new products or designs you may have.
Garments and clothing
We produce quilting for various garment sectors including; leisurewear, outerwear, safety wear and fashion. We can work with anything from intricate designs or classic styles.
Pet products
We have worked across pet wear, equestrian and pet accessories.
Bedding/ Upholstery
We also produce quilting for bedding, mattresses, blankets, duvets and upholstery items.
FABRICS, THREADS & WADDING
Fabric
We can provide polyester linings from stock and (backing) fabric for your production. Preferably customers would need to provide their own top fabric however we are able to source this for you if required.
Our maximum fabric widths are as follows: 155cm for Garments and 2.5metres for Bedding.
Wadding's
We use a wide range of wadding and we can source specialist wadding if required.
Wadding can vary from very soft polyester to very firm polyester. We also work with wool and natural waddings please get in touch to discuss what waddings we can offer.
Weights of standard wadding in stock varies from 40 grams – 135 grams. Anything over 135 grams would require a slightly longer lead time as the heavy weights are made to order, for the garment trade.
Bedding Wadding's
We stock 100g x 210cm length to 400g x 240cm length, other weights are made to order from 60g to 1200g in weight, from 30 cm width to 2500 cm width. Other weights and length can be produced but we may not be able to quilt them.
Threads
We have built an excellent relationship with one of the UK’s leading thread suppliers that provide premium threads in an extensive range of shades and colours. With our knowledge and experience we know how important it is to use quality threads for quilting. We would prefer to source and provide threads however you are able to supply your own if desired.

Sampling
we do provide a sample service in house
Design
We can offer a design service and work alongside you to create any bespoke or specialist designs you may require.
Run Backs
We always strive to create clean and sharp quilting lines. In the event of any run backs we do provide a consultant service to discuss how we can minimise this happening to produce the highest quality outcome.
ORDERS
We are able to quickly produce both smaller runs and bulk production with a fast turnaround.
